The valuation of properties is from March 2016. The data includes appartments, flats and houses, but excludes lifestyle or other residential properties. The number of sales are for 12 month period up till March 2016.

The interactive shows 99.9 per cent of all apartments, flats and houses in the country.

Median sales price and number of sales are not shown for some suburbs, as there were not enough sales to produce rolling average.
